Delivery estimated timeframes are based on averages with the carrier & do not include dispatch timeframes.Custom Fees or Import Taxes may be charged to countries outside Australia. MISMI does not take responsibility for any fees that may occur, the recipient must cover these charges.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 PM AEST Monday - Friday the same day. If your order is placed after this time, on a weekend or on a NSW Public Holiday we aim to have these dispatched the next business day*.

Purchases made on weekends and on NSW Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

Does my order require a signature on delivery?

DHL require a signature for all deliveries (unless a signature release is organised by the customer directly with the carrier).

Australia Post orders placed with Same Day Delivery, Express and Standard require a signature upon delivery (unless a signature release is organised by the customer directly with the carrier).

If your order requires a signature on delivery please provide an address you will be at Monday - Friday. If you authorise a 'Signature Release' on your order, MISMI and the carrier are not liable for any loss or damage to the package.

Please note: International Standard shipping is an authority to leave service and does not require a signature on delivery.
